Very respectful and positive process. Began with a phone interview with recruiter, to assess fit for the role, and previous experience. After that - a video interview with the hiring manager, reviwing the job, requirements, my background, technologies I've used, etc. Where very positive and transparent with the process, the concerns and the decision.

Process took 3 weeks. Amazing Company. HR was super responsive despite being in military reserves throughout the process-you wouldn't have known unless you were told. HR, the hiring manager, CTO and CEO were all professional, pleasant and respectful, and asked hard questions to really unlock and understand who you are as a candidate but it was worded and asked in a kind manner. The process felt very thought out and not thrown together last minute. They work in HR tech for a reason and it shows. First stage was a do it yourself one way video interview which was better than any other I took. It felt like a conversation and the questions were detailed and felt like they were written by a VP Product. Also it's always great to see a company dogfooding their own product on their interview process. Hibob for example do not. A week later received a call from HR to schedule a panel with VP Product, CTO and HR herself. Panel was excellent: they asked many good and difficult historical questions about how I reacted in different circumstances in a previous role, but it was beyond "tell me about a release your proud of" and well thought out. 2 days later they sent a take home assignment which I reviewed a week later with the hiring manager. He asked pointed follow-up questions showing that he had read my work in and out and was checking to see how I'd take several ideas into account and how I deal with real time feedback where's others had superior solutions. Very professional and thoughtful exercise. 1 week later HR called to schedule final interview with CEO. Similar to the previous stages, he was professional and kind and had pointed behavioral questions to see how I would react in certain situations. He was incredibly transparent regarding all of my questions and ensured I'd get an answer the following day, which I did. Received offer, and signed contract. Hiring managers and HR, THIS is how do a hiring process for product positions. It's not about the amount of stages, rather the quality of the stages and the question you prepare and ask
