      Entrevista

      Unprofessional CEO/Founder. He reached out to me on LinkedIn stating he liked my background and was looking for someone with my skillset at his startup. He asked me to answer a few questions regarding my background and fit for what he was looking for. He said he wanted to have a call to discuss my responses once I sent them over. I sent over my responses and never heard back from him. I reached out a week or so later to check in on setting up our conversation. and he ignored me. For a person starting a new company that desperately needs to incur goodwill to encourage promoters, and who only has interns working for him currently, I don't think it is wise to disrespect candidates, waste their time, and not have the guts to tell them you are passing on them. I know it is unfortunately commonplace for some recruiters to ghost job seekers, but you are a founder who reached out to me. If you want your business to succeed, you are going to have to do better.

      1. Why are you interested in this role with Mylance? 2. What traits and skills do you have that make you a great fit for this position? 3. The company is very young, and most of what we've done to validate customer traction has been manual. We have a 3 week bootcamp that teaches new customers how to become a freelancer. We charge $1249 for this bootcamp, and it's going quite well. Right now this is all done manually (Slack, email, google sheets). If you got this role, with no other resources, how would you think about bringing this online, and automating it as much as possible?

      4. The company is incredibly early stage and we've yet to fundraise. We're targeting a fundraise in the next 2-3 months. How do you feel about being an equity partner with Mylance, and compensation overall?
