There was one screening round followed by 5 more rounds. 1.Screening round with hiring manager.Basic Program management question and then questions related to experience. 2.Program Manager Round - Basic questions related to conflict management , stakeholder management, program planning, stakeholder communication. 3.Engineering Manager round - Question related to system design for one program you have worked on. 4.Program Management round - Questions related to architecture for program you have worked on , risk management , communication strategies conflict management 4.HR Round - basic questions like why myntra ..different questions regarding your experience, your achievements and failures etc. 5.Hiring Manager round - Program management questions , escalation related questions , stakeholder management etc . They followed up and took the interview.The interviewers were consistently late for all interviews.The last three rounds happened in their Myntra office After taking the interview the HR basically ghosted me without even a single communication which was a very bad experience.
