My interview and hiring process was very unprofessional. My recruiter was amazing throughout the entire process but others dropped the ball. Managers weren’t prepared for my interview and were texting during the entire interview. It was pretty frustrating to not be taken serious enough for 15 minutes of attention. The trainer who ran orientation, texted on her phone the entire time. She would stop mid-sentence to finish texts. This is odd because they have a very strict cell phone policy for associates.
