I had 2 Skype interviews, the first one was quite unprofessional even if the recruiter was definitely a senior recruiter. The second interview was okay. I withdrew my application for the role since other better offers and roles came along. However, I did not have a good feeling about the recruiting process. The first recruiter was clearly not always "there", she forgot to wait for my answer to a question and went over with the next question, plus they send you emails at 10 pm or on Sunday, which is clearly not a good sign(from my perspective). If you want a healthy work-life balance, please do not apply for roles here. The same applies if you want a good salary.
