After applying online a recruiter reached out to me to schedule an initial HR screen. I then went onsite to meet with two team members I would be working with. The onsite meeting was amazing; I really clicked with both interviewees and I was sure I had found my place. Unfortunately, due to C suite changes, the position I was interviewing for was no longer deemed needed. One of my interviewers met with me over Skype to talk me through the situation. He kept in touch with me to ensure that the decision was final. It was a really nice touch to keep me in the loop and aware of the changing circumstances. One small complaint is that I wish my recruiter had been a bit more proactive; she was great about responding to me but she always needed a reminder from me. Overall though, great experience!
