I have to say that the process overall was very unprofessional and I felt very disappointed with the company. I first had a video-call arranged which was postponed two times, the first time just before the interview, the second one the interviewer left the conference room due to technical problems without any explanation. After two weeks I was invited to have another interview, which I succeeded to go to the next round. After a pleasant talk I was invited within a dew days to do a case study. The case study was rather complicated and it took me almost a whole weekend to solve it. However, once I sent it, I was never reached out afterwards by the recruiting team members, even after sending a follow-up email after a week. Now it's been more than 2 months, so I don't expect any answer at all anymore. I understand that sometimes is hard to reach out all the applicants in a personal way even if they are not a fit for the position but at least I expect a general answer explaining that I am not in the process anymore. I was very interested in working in this company because of its culture and values that apparently they convey. In this sense I felt very disappointed to be ghosted this way, more after having invested my time and energy on it.
