The process was very quick, approximately two weeks. The first interview was about 15 minutes but great, the recruiter gave me a good impression about the company and the potential of the role. The second interview was with the manager and a colleague. Very straight forward although I feel that there was absolutely no chemistry. I am more personable and the two were very "corporate and poker face." The questions were the typical, tell me a time when you overcame a challenge. They scheduled the third interview along with the second and I had a chance to meet a director who was also very much like the first interview.
