Interviewed a few months back. Over 4 stages, but everyone you talk to has a different idea of what those are. The interviews are just repeats of themselves and it almost seems like people are making the questions up on the spot. Their rationale is that they want the whole team to get to know you but you just get asked the same pointless questions, no professionalism or planning. No one really has a clear idea of what they’re looking for the role or what they would expect of the person who gets the role. Long periods after interviews with no contact. Whole process seems mismanaged. Received a rejection after 4 weeks of waiting after the 3rd stage (didn’t follow up as one of the interviewers I had was enough to put me of, the interviewer couldn’t even explain basic skills and technical questions about the role).
