I was contacted a day after submitting my online application. The first contact is via email to have you take an online personality and cognitive aptitude assessment (similar to a SAT). If you pass those tests, you are contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview. My phone interview went really well. She asked easy questions pertaining to the job role and salary requirements. After that, you must take a proctored exam for the SAT like test again, to ensure that it was you who took it. I took the test the following day and didn't hear anything back for a couple of days. By the end of the week, I received an email from the recruiter advising me that they would be proceeding with other candidates and not considering my application further. All in all it was a positive interviewing experience. Good luck to all candidates!
