4 Rounds:
1) 30 minutes 1O1 interview with Associate / HR (CV screening and motivational questions);
2) Take-home case, to come up with ideas on a given sector for a corporation;
3) 1 hour interview to present and discuss the case, with director and senior associate
4) 1 hour 101 interview with Director
