Very slow. Phone screen and then two weeks before they reached out to set up a second phone interview. Another two weeks before an in person interview with two team members followed by meeting one HR director. Long process but everyone was very pleasant.

I went through four rounds of interviews, even visiting the New York office to meet with the SVP, although the role was based in New Jersey. Everyone I met was friendly and encouraging, and it really felt like I was a great fit. Each interviewer mentioned how well this position aligned with my career goals. However, after the final interview, I was told they decided to move forward with another candidate because they felt the role wasn’t aligned with my career path.
