The recruitment staff is great at providing interview information up front, but the interview process and decision-making were both slow, and they completely lacked any form of follow up. A company this well-established and with this much support staff should have that buttoned up by now.

Exhausting process that spanned over 3 months. Lots of gaps in between rounds with no communication from the recruiter. Liked the people that I met when we did eventually get to new rounds. This job market is already painful enough, please be more considerate of candidate's time.

Prolonged. Long stints of no communication. Truly negative experience. Unprofessional recruiter. Don't know if hiring manager knew how awful the experience was and that it impacted desire to work for this company.

Initially, I received an exploratory phone call from a network recruiter in New York. Then, he set up a Teams call with the person who would be my supervisor at the actual station.
