3 step process: 1. Submitting application with essays. 2. Recorded interview that doesn’t have anyone at the other end. You can re-record your answers once. 3. Group interview with about 10 other candidates. This interview is scheduled for 3 hours on Microsoft Teams, but is split into three different sections. The first section is with the whole group answering the same questions, then a breakout room with half the group where you answer more questions and give a brief tour of something, and then a 15 minute individual interview. There is a lot of down time where you wait for the next part to start, so in total you are only actively speaking about 20-30 minutes during the entire 3 hour interview interview. They only give you about a minute to answer most things, and will cut you off if you go over the time. The whole hiring process is not personal and the questions you are asked are very scripted. The recruiters don’t try to get to know you at all. They expect you to jump through hoops and drop everything when they require information (like your transcript or references) and they want it ASAP, but don’t even have the decency to take 5 minutes out of their day to provide feedback as to why you weren’t chosen.
