I applied for the Human Resources role and was asked by the Chief HR Officer to submit a Loom video as part of the process. I completed the video on time and was promised feedback within 24 hours. I was completely ghosted, no feedback, no acknowledgment, and no response to my follow-up email. It’s unprofessional to be asked for additional work and then left in the dark. The lack of communication and respect for my time is especially concerning coming from an HR department. If you’re considering applying here, be aware that Nexl does not follow through on their promises and shows a lack of basic courtesy in their hiring process.
