Brilliant. Very rewarding career. Competency based interview customer service experience telephone experience. Empathetic and calm nature. Important aspects of the role are selling over the counter medicines, dispensing prescriptions, dealing with minor ailments
An in depth interview with Ten or so questions. Multiple example questions and scenario questions, taking around forty-five minutes. Found out on the same day (30 minutes later) about the job.
applied, interviewed. was emailed some maths and english questions prior to interview and was asked questions relating to the role. asked about enthusiasm. went in, answered questions and then left place.
Was a tricky interview process as questions were very comprehensive in relation to the job spec. I feel I could have performed better and feel the interview experience itself was positive.
