Entrevista
I interviewed for their Oregon office.
After the initial discussion with the HR person. First round was the Director of Engineering. The position was for full stack developer, but he was asking questions about computer vision, machine learning, 5G, AWS services, Devops, Data Science and Analytics etc.
There does not seem to be any structure in the interview. It seemed to me that they do not know what they are looking for. Apparently that is why they are looking for someone who know DevOps, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, then be an expert in Networking.

1) tell me something that you have automated?
2) What do you think about github actions?
3) How do you keep yourself updated about technology?
Applied online, received email for interview planning, had the interview
Basic discussion about work and technical questions.
No update after that.
No replies by recruiter or anyone after multiple attempts.
Imagine a company with image of best workplace behaves like this.

The interview process focused on theoretical questions related to Python, AWS, and some of the tools metioned in the job description. The second part of the interview was a 30-minute coding challenge.

Entrevista
I interviewed for Senior Software Engineer position end of 2023 at Nike. After 4 rounds of interview which spanned for over 20 days, the HR decided to ghost me. For the entire course of the interview, the feedback was very very positive to the extent where I knew I got through a round by the end the session itself. After all the rounds ended, the HR team simply said they were waiting for feedback from the Development Director (Which was already positive and hence the next HR round). After a full week of follow up, I finally got ghosted by the HR with no feedback or result on the position. This is not at all something I expected from a company that has a good brand reputation.
