The interview process is not clear at all. HR and the recruiter are just beating the bush around the candidate. Waste of time .
For me, they just interviewed me with half of my total experience where the panel is just asking my Go and different language question instead of what skills I have. Later they said the first round is clear but they have to change the rule for the lead with 8 + yrs of experience. They just hold for 3 weeks with different teams. Then one day they just called me and asked to give hirevvue again as the previous HR had the process in the wrong team. So My opinion doesn't attend an interview for this company.

Ghosted after the first round.
No feedback was given after multiple emails. This company says they are best place to work. But who is deciding this? Those who are in the company but hiring people are way too privileged to even reply.

Entrevista
Recruiter reached out in LinkedIn. Overall easy process , no leet code questions. First round recruiter, then hiring manager, then a technical round which is mostly scenario based design questions, then another technical round with two engineers. For this position i was expecting system design questions, but it was mostly definition type questions. I was not expecting a lead engineer memorize definitions.Interestingly, one of the interviewer was searching google during interview and reading question.
