Took very long. Had a good referral, but was only contacted three months after applying. Then had several interviews with senior members of the team. One of the members didn't show up to my interview (end-stage, two-person interview), and it wasn't rescheduled. Chased the Nike team several times, one of the recruiters was absolutely wonderful, but the overall process took 11 months in the end. Was rejected at final stage without getting the chance to interview for the person who didn't show up.
