I was contacted for an initial phone screening scheduled for a weekday afternoon. The HR representative was 15 minutes late to the call, and spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me. The overwhelming majority of the questions were focused around my ability to travel (age, married/any children, comfortable with long travel periods or relocation, etc.). I was also asked if I had any experience in landscaping. Afterward I was told that I would receive contact by the next manager to discuss more technical aspects of the job. I followed up both one week and two weeks after this discussion only to be completely ghosted with no replies. If you are interviewing, don't get your hopes up from what may feel like a great interaction with the HR representative on the initial call.
