2 interviews: - First with HR and Marketing department, regarding general laboratory experience. Ask questions regarding your interpersonal skills. - Second with Lab Manager, covering specific laboratory experience and how you do when on your own. Experience with PCR or work in a clinical laboratory (preferred). It's a chance to show what you know with the lab Manager.
