Protracted. I had three interviews (one face to face) and a writing test. I had no word from them or the recruitment company for almost a month after that. I finally looked at Glass Door and the reviews for this workplace were so appalling I had resolved not to take the job. I called the HR company and told them that I would not take the job, but I felt it was unprofessional and disrespectful of RDN not to let me know whether I had been successful or not in a timely manner. They agreed.
