The process started with HR contacting me through LinkedIn. He got my profile from his career website and my number through LinkedIn and he asked me about my current stay etc. He was okay with me giving an telephonic or on-site interview. I opted for the later one. Then the interview was at the NXP Campus. After the interview the HR shared his number telling me that he will be confirming about the same. Later that evening I got a confirmation from him. And I was asked to join a week later.
