Entrevista
The interview process consists of three rounds: Aptitude, Technical 1, and Technical 2. The first round focuses on an in-depth explanation of my projects. The second round involves technical debugging, and the final round includes questions related to oscilloscopes and field-specific applications

Simple but very time-consuming, in a nutshell. The company gives mostly PBC with very less conversion. The 6 months internship however gives a lot of expertise but rarely seen someone getting FTE.
