I suggest don't go for a hiring drive interview in Nagarro. I had a very bad experience in one of the drives which happened in their Noida location. On the interview date, there were around 200-250 people came for multiple profile interview and their premise was not enough to accommodate that much crowd. There was no proper sitting arrangement for everyone. That premises was fit only for 50 candidates at once. I waited 2 hours standing, for my first round which was supposed to be IQ round but they called for in-person technical round. It went well, then after waiting for 30 minutes they called me for a coding round that also went well. It was not that difficult. Then they took IQ round which ideally should be first round. I asked HR why I am doing this now, it should have been done in the first place. She didn't have an answer for that. Anyway, I attempted that test it was very difficult compared to the coding tests. The questions were not difficult but the time which you get to solve the single question is too little, around 14 seconds per question. There were 50 question which should be finished in 12 minutes. I tried to finish it, unluckily I failed to crack that test and after waiting some time, HR asked me to leave. In starting while I was waiting on stairs to register my name I felt like I am in the wrong place and I should go back. The whole day was so frustrating and exhausting. I will never ever go for a hiring drive interview. Last point but very important the water tap was not working in the bathroom, so I had to use drinking water to wash hands.
