The process started with aptitude test - cleared Then after 1 week they have arranged technical round - cleared. Then after 1 week they have arranged managerial round. After three days I have called the HR regarding my feedback and she confirmed that I have cleared all rounds and you are shortlisted and she will start further process soon. One week later I have called her and she told me there is no requirement for this role. my application will be valid for next 3 months so once they will have any openings they will call me. I have cleared all rounds in the month of August'21 still haven't received any confirmation. Even couple of employees from Nagarro contacted me for referral however hr has no openings till now. Don't know why they have waisted my time as well as those interviewers. If they don't need me they can reject me straightway. This type of situation is one kind of harassment. Still I have one month and my application will be valid hope I will get some positive response before joining other company. Fortunately I have some other offers too. In a single word the interview process is pathetic.
