I was buying stuff at a till, and cashier was too busy talking to a colleague standing next to her. She never looked at me, never said thankyou, never said goodbye, clearly either not trained, or fed up with her job (perhaps) or just a bad moment. Not sure. I made a point of not saying thank you, the way we do after a transaction.
