A customer had just been merged over from First Niagara to Key. They came in to order checks, and were very unhappy about having to pay for the checks, because they were previously free with FN. after further review of the customers relationship, I was able to upgrade her checking account to qualify for free checks, among other benefits which she had not been previously receiving. She would also now be reimbursed for other banks ATM fees, which is another concern she had.
