I was training to become an assistant manager and one night at closing, I forgot to lock the gate. So as I'm doing the nightly counting of the drawers my supervisor walked over and seen the gates was unlocked and she immediately let me know the urgency in locking the gates at closing time. Just that one verbal warning was enough for me I learned my lesson.
