I explained a time where I was working as manager at Genesis Eight and Twenty-Two and I had to assist a father who was not on the list to pick up the child. He was very upset therefore I explained in detail why he was going to be escorted off of the property. Before He was escorted I looked up the child's emergency contact information and called the mother for approval. When the approval was denied I proceeded to handle the father.
