I had a problem with a cleaner who had not attend to cleaning of the wash room and bathroom in the room. Whn I asked why he did not do the cleaning he said the room was not booked for do he saw no reason to clean it because it had not been occupied. I told him whether occupied or not the rooms and the environs should be clean. So I gave him a warning if he could do the same mistake we would take more action on him
