Name a time you had a difficult customer ? How can you improve yourself ?

Once I had a customer get upset because he could not return an item that was 5 yrs old and I can improve myself by being better today than I was yesterday and being the best CSA I can be. I did not get an offer for employment which I thought was very unfair based on what they call role playing ..So they hand you a plastic paper with an item in it and then they ask you questions about that one item and so I guess if you don't answer the questions to their satisfaction then you dont get hired.. (REALLY) thats how they judge you...I assumed they trained people before they expected you to know everything...OH well thank you QVC for wasting my time...
