Name a time you had a difficult customer. What was the issue? How did the issue get resolved?

I explained I had a customer who made an order and my company relayed the order to the wrong address. I took accountability for the accident even though it was my first time working on the case, I explained the options available to the customer. He chose to have the order re-sent and overnighted the package to the right address. I gave the customer my personal email address and followed up a day after the product was delivered.
