Once when I was working in my previous job ,one day a customer came n ask for thing which was not in my store I just say that v don't have. Instead I should have showed him different other similar products v had n must have convinced him for buying other products which were similar n more better then which he was asking. I realised my mistake n from that day mostly customer never go back without buying anything from my store. I m trying my best to help customer
