The interview process was by phone and it was fairly short but very informative and I was giving all of the information that I needed about the job, pay and training process. It lasted about 5-7 minutes. The onboarding process started the next morning.

There was no interview process when I was hired, it was a phone call explaining the job description and if I was able to handle a large medication pass and tasks included in the job.
