Panel interview with 4 VPs. They asked a lot of questions about National Grid’s core pillars and for me to provide examples of pertinent scenarios from my current role. They showed a page-long case study on screen and asked me to read it on the spot and then talk about how I would respond. Then they read me a case study out loud and asked me to respond on the spot. Very friendly tone, but intense. Received a regret letter weeks later. When I reached out to request feedback, no one responded, which was annoying.
