Applied online. Shortlisted, brief telephone call from HR to discuss then booked an interview at the site. Interview with panel of two, mixture of informal questions, competency questions (top level topics were advised in advance but very open ended) and some technical questions. Received offer around two/three weeks later which I accepted.
