A recruiter from Akkodis reached out to me on LinkedIn, we spoke, a few days later he harassed me when I didn't respond to his email within 25 min while I was in a work meeting, months go by, a different recruiter takes over, another month goes by, I have a video interview with National Grid, which went well. I loved the team. I got an offer which I turned down because it was a contract position and Akkodis seemed to fight tooth and nail to not tell me the benefits before signing the letter, finally told me there was not PTO, and I declined the offer. Interview was basic questions and and only 30 minutes. This experience was only negative because of their recruiters at Akkodis
