I applied for the job online and was contacted via email for an interview. A couple of days later the market manager phoned me to set up a time and meeting place as she works/lives in a different city. We met for coffee at Starbucks and had a 1:1 interview for about an hour. I was contacted again by telephone within 2 days to be formally offered the job. I also had to receive and send back about 10 pages of paperwork to accept the offer and negotiate pay via email.
