An awful experience of a application process that took half a year. I had to wait months from my application to an interview and then a further month for the result, I have never encountered a job application process that took that long (apart from graduate schemes which are slightly different). I Interviewed on Microsoft teams with 2 female panellists that couldn't have been more disengaged. It seems like they were just there because they had to be, in my honest opinion. One who was actually in the role and the other in charge of operations, they asked competency based questions which were almost the same as what was on the initial application and then gave me a chance to ask questions at the end. What is the point in asking me the same questions as what was on the initial application? A very disgraceful process from beginning to end. One of worst experiences of an application process in my life.
