Basic questions with 1-10 scale followed by asking for an example. Something like “with 10 being very well, and 1 being not very well, how do you handle stressful situations”. This would then be followed by them asking you to give an example of how you handled a stressful situation. Very transparent about pay and benefits. Good interview overall!
