The interview process consisted of a single phone screening, an interview with the hiring manager, and then a dual interview with stakeholders from collaborating teams and the team the position would be on. This was followed by an almost month-long silence before I was informed of their decision: a rejection email with boilerplate language, ultimately disregarding the time, research, and effort I put into interviewing for the job. The role likely went to a neurotypical candidate who is presently employed, while I'm neither of those things. Guess I'll try to pay my rent with their nicely worded rejection email.
