Initial screening, then two interviews after that consisting of one by two seniors from the same team where a pitch of companies was involved. Was not too straight forward what was to come out of the pitch

Drei Runden mit... 1. ... Talent Manager (typische HR Fragen und Informationsaustausch) 2. ... Teammitgliedern des Engagement Teams (Fokus auf die Rolle und Business Case) 3. ... Partner von Netlight (nochmal tieferes Eintauchen in Themen wie Motivation, Erwartungen, etc.)
