The interview was mixed in-terms of organising in-line with a growing company. However, they were very interested in uncovering many of my skills not mentioned in my resume. Instead of planned 2-3 rounds, they kept adding more rounds as they uncovered more skills. Eventually, actual offered role was higher than the role I applied for on the account of additional skills they uncovered. Icing on the cake was they arranged a discussion with their CEO after extending me an offer. This was a round C company by then, yet they arranged a discussion with their CEO in his busy schedule.
