I was reached out by Neudesic for a Lead Tech Role at Neudesic. 1st round some simple questions were asked.... Prep streams and string functions (the ones you do not use in say to day coding - those methods) A DB design And an output in first rounds 2nd round 2 DSA questions - Find if strings are anagrams of each other And one more I don't remember (Solved both), only this round did they send a interviewer who knew what he was asking and sounded and conversed in a professional manner. Third round Techno Mangers Round First week - I sat in the meeting the person who was to take my interview did not show yp and HR cam3 after 20 minutes to say the manager is double booked so next week she scheduled Mext week i had internet issues but still he asked me 2 question 1- check if year is leal year 2- Reverse number without using anybstring functions He asked about my projects and what we used in our stack and questions over the same. I answered these but then due to internet issues he said let us connect next week and finish the interview Next week again he did not join the interview and HR came in after 20 minutes to tell me he is sick and they have no replacement She told next week she will get another panel. This happened for 4 weeks she couldn't get any panel to take my last round which was already almost done, and after 5 weeks (I asked her everyweek about the status) she informed me thag the guy who asked me to join another week had rejected me to which I asked for feedback She said he rejected but asked to take 2nd opinion, and that she will get another panel This continues for another 3 weeks and the HR stopped responding to my messages so technically I am rejected when I answered all questions and was constantly told that my next round will happen. It is at the moment now so many weeks i do mot remember but for sure I have lost any hope. Cannot belive fhat these people have a 4 out of 5 on glassdoor

For first 2 round my feedback was good and in final round interviewer rate me average and lack of communication. Then HR call me to join in existing package. I have not joined because I am confident about my skills.
