The interview was by committee with three face to face and a fourth interviewer by speaker phone. It was a bit awkward as introductions were by name only and without any background on the role of each interviewer. No business cards were offered and the interview (which had been rescheduled the same day) was rushed. The questions were on target although the job description was not in line with the job skills they actually seemed to emphasize.
