It started with a screening call than 1 hr interview with hiring manager and then onsite interview with CIO. I would say if you are good and qualified don’t waste your time on this as the hiring managers and other members don’t care about your technical skills or experience they just hire the people they want to as even they donot have the required knowledge to judge you.
