Her and the ceo seemed to have a “cliquish” relationship, which made the interview unbearably awkward. Leaders often set the tone, and it seemed like they may have lacked some self-awareness in that area. In a day and age where employees care more about feeling valued and being part of a healthy culture than they do about receiving a high salary; I can confidently say that I feel like I dodged a bullet with this one.
