A bit of a lengthy process. First round consisted of interviewing with the director of the company reviewing my background. Second round was an interview with who is now my direct boss, another standard interview check. Third, and final round, were multiple interviews with employees who would become my co-workers and a case study interview. Overall, the case study was quite fun and indicative of the kind of work I would be doing at the position. The third round of interviews was more of a personality fit. The recruiter I was working with was a bit difficult to get a hold of and didn't seem to be able to get all of the meetings scheduled on time, but overall it was a pleasant interview experience.
