I had a very nice interview with the hiring manager (Vp, Prod Man), who was very aimable. I felt as though we connected. However, I never heard anything back from them! I don't expect to be notified if I don't get through the initial screen, but having spoken to the actual hiring manager, it is common courtesy to inform me if I did not make it. I even emailed the original HR recruiter but still received not even a 1 line acknowledgement.
